Auto Attendant for 400 calls simultaneously

Hello

I am looking for a solution that would allow the creation of Auto Attendant for 400 simultaneous connections.

I was wondering if it would be possible to use the Announcement Unit for Greeting function using the vTMOM card with SoftGate

OpenScape 4000 V8, Volume 3: Feature Usage Examples, Service Documentation, Issue 2, chap. 167.2 Announcement Unit for Text and General Text

it should be basic auto attendant:
1. Incoming call (customer has 12 E1 with deferent numbering DID, internal network etc.)
2. Announcement (Company greeting) up to 400 simultaneity.
3 Call to extension (DID)

Unfortunately, I have no experience in this matter.
or If you know any software solution connected via SIP or E1 trunk (without UNIFY/ATOS Xpressions and UC)

You might be better off contracting for some kind of cloud service for that, which might be able to intercept your calls and perform the initial routing.

I see there are 324 incoming lines and would assume the rest of the 400 would be made up of internal or on-network calls.
Now you need a voice processing system that is licensed for 400 ports, probably with some kind of IP interface for cleanliness (otherwise you would also need 400 device ports to connect to your voice processing system).

I have a strong liking for AVST for a variety of reasons, and it is a feature rich platform which is easy to configure and has multiple redundancy options, but unless they just changed it in version 9 I do not believe they have an IP interface to the Openscape 4000 yet. You would have to interface with 400 optiset ports, which would require about 17 SLMO cards and multiple shelves to put them on!!

Option via provider/cloud etc.. is not possible for this customer , that I'm looking for internal solution.
option via direct 400 ports is interesting but not possible in practice (-:

Thank You for information about AVST. AVST has CX-E solution with 400 ports , it's look ok.

I'm prefer solution available (service and delivery) in Europe so will see.

vTMOM is for announcements, not auto attendant. If you want auto attendant (ability to transfer to various destinatons) and not announcement, you will need some kind of bolt-on to 4K. There are lots of third party SIP servers that will do that.
