Hi folks.
I have a customer who has an IP Office v2 (6.0.18) with embedded voicemail.
calls come in on ISDN2 and ring an auto attendant with 4 options.. maximum inactivity timeout is 8 seconds and if no option is selected the call transfers to emergency services?!?!?
on SSA the call looks like it is transferring to 9999.
there is no 9 . dial or any 9 dial shortcode and no forwarding on any group or user.
has anyone heard of an issue like this before?
