Auto Attendant dialling emergency services... 1

Hi folks.

I have a customer who has an IP Office v2 (6.0.18) with embedded voicemail.

calls come in on ISDN2 and ring an auto attendant with 4 options.. maximum inactivity timeout is 8 seconds and if no option is selected the call transfers to emergency services?!?!?

on SSA the call looks like it is transferring to 9999.

there is no 9 . dial or any 9 dial shortcode and no forwarding on any group or user.

has anyone heard of an issue like this before?

If a call goes from ICR to a AA and there is no activity in the AA the calls routes back to the ICR Fallback extension.
What is in there?

Thanks for your help. the fallback group was pointing to a group called "sales9P9warrenty9P9"

don't ask me why it was programmed like that!!!

changed it to 250 sales9P9 and it works perfectly.
