We have a customer set up so that incoming calls ring on extension 201 then after 8 seconds on all phones then after another 8 seconds the call goes to auto-attendant with the message "We are unable to take your call at this time ...dial 0 to leave a message in voicemail". When the caller dials 0 they transfer to ext 201 and the phone rings 3 times before voicemail answers. Is there a way to get the 0 out to go straight to voicemail?
