Auto attendant change extension help!!

Please help me in figuring out how the auto attendant works. We have a number 4200 which is an ACDN that is called in too. The auto attendant picks up and begins the welcome intro. and then you press a number for whatever department you are looking for. I need to change the extension that key 5 is associated with. The extension that key or selection 5 represents has been changed to another person and ext. So, How do I go in to the ACDN 4200 and get that option changed.

I have researched the forums but I am unable to find exactly what I am looking for or I don't know the correct terminology for what I am trying to accomplish.

Please help or guide me to the right commands or manual so I can learn this process.

What type of Voicemail solution have you got Call Pilot or Meridian Mail?

You probably need the application manager software. install on pc connect to Call Pilot retrive the relevant app (hopefully the person who installed it named it something obvious)& make the relevant change

Remember if it doesn't work hit it harder

We are using Meridian Mail on option 51C version 1711 ref 21 (issue 8).

Thanks GHTROUT. I was able to use two documents to drive me into the system and locate my auto-attendant features. I learned almost all of the features within MM as I found the answer to my post.
