Hi,

Does anyone know if I can route an incoming line to a HungGroup. Then if the call is not answered, it will Fallback to an Auto Attendant Configuration. Up to this point I have not problem setting this up, where I run into an issue is that after the message from the Auto Attendant is given, I want the call to be automatically transferred to a group voicemail or an extension voicemail. I can't figure out how to do this without requiring the caller to press a key to initiate the transfer. So, does anyone know how I can automate a transfer from the Auto Attendant. This is for a system that has an embedded voicemail, 8.1x

ICR > Group 100
In group 100 set the overflow time to lets say 30 seconds and program the second group as overflow group.
For group 100 enable announcements after 30 seconds and only play message one only once.
Record the message as you have done for the AA.
What happens?
Call comes in, rings for thirty seconds the group members in group 100, then it overflows to another group with the message you want to be played.
 
Hi intrigrant...thank you, yest that will work. However, the reason I created the AA is so that the caller gets a different message depending if the call is within the regular business hour, outside the regular business hours or a holiday. This is why I created three different messages with AA.

Then create three groups, the same members but another queue message.
In ICR you can use time profiles to route the caller to a specific group at any given time.
So, copy the first setup I posted twice and use time profiles.
