Does anyone know if I can route an incoming line to a HungGroup. Then if the call is not answered, it will Fallback to an Auto Attendant Configuration. Up to this point I have not problem setting this up, where I run into an issue is that after the message from the Auto Attendant is given, I want the call to be automatically transferred to a group voicemail or an extension voicemail. I can't figure out how to do this without requiring the caller to press a key to initiate the transfer. So, does anyone know how I can automate a transfer from the Auto Attendant. This is for a system that has an embedded voicemail, 8.1x
