Can the auto attendant work across different configs on the same network? I can only get it to pick up immediately or not at all. You cannot define an extension on a different config in a huntgroup? Does this require a new voicemail pro license?
Thank you I will try this after close. So by these short codes, the huntgroup with the problems would be configured on the main site or the remote site? The PRI's are at the main location so I define all of the DID routes via the main config file. Will that still work, thanks
I am getting a little confused as to what you are trying to do.
To be clear I have explained how to route a call into your VM system for AA from the remote site.
If you are tyring to get a phone on the remote site to ring as part of the local hunt group this is seperate all together.
