Auto Attend Selector going straight to VM

I have the Auto Attendant setup with our menus.
All selections are being routed directly to peoples voicemail.

If the caller dials 3 for Human Resources i have it setup to go to that extension, but it is not ringing on her phone. It goes directly to her VM.

The DND is not on.
I have #321 set to 3 rings.
#310 is assigned.


What have i missed?

If i intercom to the extension is goes to vm after 3 rings.
 
Don't follow.

In submenu definition-
It will say selector code 1 transfer to ext 21

 
I figured it out.

The Class of Service was set to 5.
5 does not allow Transfer.

I switched them over to 4 and now extensions get transfered and ring first then go over to voicemail.

Whew!
