Auto-Attd 2nd Call

I have a Definity G3si v8 - Main calls to this location are vectored using an ATTD vector to the console phone. For some reason the ATTD phone will only take 1 call. If the operator is on the phone with a live call, the second call just rings but the ATTD phone does not allow her to answer.

Any suggestions?

Call waiting? Is that located on the console parameters screen or somewhere else?

Is this a soft console? Have you tried tracing the call at TAC or Vector level to see the call progress?

No this is just a standard console phone. The release of software is so outdated that I cannot preform any type tracing making this more difficult than it needs to be...

how many call appearance keys do you have and when the operator hangs up does the 2nd call then come through...?
