Authorization Code with Slftphone

Anyone know how to use authorization code with softphone?
I use authorization code with IP Phone, but with softphone does not work.

I currently use authorization codes with my softphone have had no issues. Just dial out the auth code and then #. You can use your keyboard. Try restarting your computer or softphone if you have issues.

dclake, are you saying that you have LD codes working with the softphone? I have been told they do not work. After the number goes through it seems the dial pad doesn't work. Any thoughts?

I have never tried it with the dial pad. I just dial in my authorization code with the computer keyboard. This has always worked for me.
