Hi,
As I know that the Operator can't use central authorization code.
The strane is that I have in the Call logging, some calls made by the operator shows that these calls made using Central authorization code. did any one experience that??!!
The row data at the hyper terminal looks like below:

[tt]
08201306 1155 88 7384550 12227 22795 00 022001003

08021316 0029 88 7270534 12226 22795 00 022001002

08021323 0020 9 064616420 12226 226751 00 021002013

08171218 0257 88 7384550 12226 22795 00 022001006
[\tt]

CIL CODE: 22795,226751.(central) with CHECK=YES.
Operator Individual number: 12226,12227.

[tt]
<AUCOP:AUTH=ALL;AUTHORIZATION CODE DATA
AUTH CODE CILCOD CAT CSP CHECK CUST
995 22795 5 YES
[\tt]

Plese let me know if someone has experienced this before.

SP5 contains a lot of fixes concerning call logging.

hate to say it, but updating to SP6 would be the first step.
