authorisation on reports which are deployed to sharepoint dashboard

I have several reports which are deployed to a dashboard page (sharepoint).
I am not sure where and how to authorize users:

1. in the report designer (sql bi report designer - microsoft visual studio)
2. in the access database
3. at the sharepoint site

In the first and last case, i am not sure how to do it.
First things first of course....which is the best, or the most usefull....

Your information isn't very detailed, but the use would need authorization to all 3. You could get around Access with hard-coding the user and password in the report though.

update:
I have found a part of the solution:
I thought i had published a major version of the dashboard page, but appearantly i did not.

Upcoming question is though:
Why can i only view the dashboard when i give the user FULL CONTROL rights. When the user has read and/or view rights, he cannot get access to the dashboard (same error as mentioned in the beginning of my post)

Well,

I'm not sure why you need to give them full control, but I know once they are on the SSRS site, you can take away all of their control other than viewing if you want. Not sure if that helps you or not. We don't use SharePoint here (yet) so I can't really duplicate your problem.
