Hi

Every document I access from the sharepoint site it prompts for my username/password. I appreciate it should ask me when I first log in but not every document.

Any ideas on how to get round this?

What version of Windows and Office are you using?

If Vista and 2007 it is a known issue and there is a patch for it

I get the problem on all versions of office.

When I tried an PDF it opens in the same window so doesnt get the prompt, how can I have it so it opens in the same window for MS Office products??

Make sure SharePoint is in your Trusted sites list and that you have it setup for "Automatic logon with current user name and password" for that zone.
