Having some problems with the PC running RCC locking up and having to be hard rebooted every day or so.
I feel pretty confident this is a network issue (I believe it is happening at other sites in the network), but I don't know enough to point them in the right direction.
The local IT guy said this:
What I think it needs is to have configuration changes to the rights of this server [RCC] and the server it speaks too [BCM]. The server it is talking to [BCM] is refusing connections because no authentication rights were assigned for the 10.22.92.170 server [RCC]to allow connections to be made. The error logs show failed connection attempts, one after another, from this server [RCC] to the other server at the call center [BCM]. Once it fails so many times the 10.22.92.170 server [RCC] simply runs out of resources and fails to communicate further.
Anyone run in to an issue like this?
