Hi all.

I am having problems with making authorization codes that have different restriction levels such as :-
1. Extensions call emergency services only
2. Auth Codes that call local + emergency
3. Auth Codes that call local + long distance + emergency
4. Auth Codes that call local + long distance + International + emergency

I have short codes for dialling out with Force Authorize checked. At the moment Auth codes call everything.

Can someone please advise me on how to achieve this.

Make one short code like 9N and point it to ars.
In ars make short codes as you need
e.g 900N
dial
00N
force account code (checked)

Thank you for response. That is what it is but that is not addressing different restriction levels unless I am missing your point.
e.g 900N
dial
00N
force account code (checked)

Suppose 900N is an international number and I want administration to call it. Since everyone has Auth Codes, what will stop those Auth Codes from calling 900N and only allow administration?

OK i see your point.
In that case use user short codes.
i.e
900
barred
You can use user rights for your convenience

I beg you to explain further.

Go to user rights make a new
go to short codes add new
900
barred
Then go to user rights membership and choose the users that you want
These users want be able to call internasional
