AUTH CODE IN MX ONE

HI All,
I have a question. the system is ericsson mx one. we have given auth code for all employses for out side call so that we can bill it. the access code to get the ISDN PRI TRUNK iS 0. dial *72*auth code#0 ext num. now all can dial simply dial 0. the auth code is not working.
do have to change anything in route or extension parameters. we have both digital and analog extensions.

check the NADAP table - call discrimination data : external/internal. what CAT are given against 0
and then check the extension CAT level EXDDP & KSDDP.

Hi Aleena

Monro is right. Make sure you assign the CAT with no access to "0" to extensions.
Then any user cannot dial "0" as the system will restrict it. They can make calls with the AUTH code but also make sure the CAT assigned for the AUTH code has the "0" access.
