aura ME 6.3 can´t logon Utility Server

Hi
I have Midsize Enterprise R6.3 HA new install. With the Login "Admin" i can´t login to the Utility Server , but i can login to all other virtual maschines (AES, SM , ) with the User "Admin"I Try install Patches for the Utility Server but i see the Error: You can´t install Patches with configured or Running HA. HA its stopped

I'm here with a tech with our own 6.3 upgrade issues. He's telling me you need to do a complete re-install from scratch.
