Audix vmail to outlook email (2003) procedures

I have the procedures for the vmail to email setup on outlook 2000 and below---------but we are now going to Windows 2003 and Outlook2003 and I tried the setup which is different. Has anyone run into this? I went to avaya's support site--and found nothing---tried calling Avaya and they told me they would charge for that. Soooooo any help would be aprreciated.
