Audix to call cell phon

We had a person leave our company and their phone was set up to call their cell phone when a vmail was left on Audix. How do you disable that feature on their phone? I can't find anything on the config for that user on the switch.

It's called "outcalling"; and is set up as part of their COS on the Audix mailbox. You can either change their COS or change the COS settings on page 2 of the subscriber mailbox.

Thanks. I changed the COS but could not find the Outcalling feature on their mailbox. (We're a few revisions behind on the software).

 
delete their mailbox (and their extension too). when someone new is hired 'add sub xxxxx' and it will reset all of the mailbox's features.
