I have confirmed that the G3r v11 PBX time is correct and that the Unix time in Audix Map 40 is correct, however, messages are being timestamped one hour different from switch time. I have also re-booted Audix, but timestamp is still an issue. Can anyone give me any clue as to why this is happening? I know that the answer has probably been posted previously, however, with the search engine offline I can't get it via Google.

Thanks phoneguy55 for the quick response. Yes I have confirmed that it is correct.

check set time, and make sure the correct daylight-savings rule is used (probably is rule 1)
you can check that the dayligt savings rule is defined by doing a cha day,
also in cha locations, make sure the correct rule is set, and see if time-zone offset is set or not,
