Hi all,
I have a site where i would like to unlock a users voicemail box. I dial in and login to the Audix. I make the changes but I cannot get the voicemail to "accept" the changes. The function keys are not on the screen like normal and I cannot get the enter key to do anything other than go to the next line.

Help please!

Thanks,

GatorDave

Unfortunately, I am not sure. How do I tell?

look at the picture that i have in the link. you'll need to have your 'Audix' in the drop down area up at the top. now click on 'system' in the tool bar, then 'properties'.

Yes, it is set for 4410. The buttons are there on top of the screen, there is just nothing on them and if I press them I just get letters on whatever line I am on.

have you tried logging in as 'vm'? i know there were some problems logging into an Audix on ASA with anything other than 'vm'.

The only login I have is the sa login. I tried some others but they are not working. I just tried using every emulation on that drop dpwn menu but none of them work for some reason.

The "ctrl-E" worked, woohoo!!! Thanks to both of you for your help.

In Audix, using 4425 should download the keys to your ASA terminal emulator

4410 and 4425 are similar, but only the 4425 will download escape sequences and labels to function keys on Audix
