I am closing an office that contains a Legend R7 and Intuity Audix system. I need to route all incoming calls (Co Line and DID) to an announcement that says "This office is closed please call 800-xxx-xxxx". Any simple way to do this?
If all the calls come to the oparter phone . Put a Not not disturb button on that phone and have audix pick up. And turn on the dnd now go into audix add a mailbox or set the operator mailbox to a bb mailbox so people cant leve a meassage
Hope this helps

If you have analog DID's you can delete all four digits and add the digits for an adjunct extension.
The adjunct extension can have VM cover applied and go to the same auto attendant as the main lines once it hits your voicemail
If you really wanted to get snarky, you could create another adjunct extension with Remote call forwarding. Assign the adjunct an authorization code. Then from any extension you can pick up dial tone, press #80, the authorization code for the adjunct extension, *33, 91xxxxxx#
Now when the caller hits the AA, they can press 1 to transfer the the adjunct which forwards to the other line.
Whats nice about routing calls directly to AA, is that you can uplug your phones while you move furniture
if you Use DELETE DIGITS and ADD DIGITS under your did programmigyou can make the DIDs invalid.
You can route invalid DIDs to the operator (known as the backup extention). The operator extention can have an announcement mail box and DND can be turned on, on the phone too.
