Audix Record Extract 2

Hi Guys,

Seem to be going round in circles on this one, hoping there is a (dare I say it) easy way to do this.

I have set up Audix Record on a station and it duly does the job. The problem I am having is getting the file out of audix to use for training purposes. I have tried the access via POP3 but is not working, and am getting stuck on how to get this file.

Is there a way I can get the file to then use as I need to? Or is it stuck in Audix forever?

Easy. Message Manager R5. Connect to the mailbox, right click, save as wav.

Where can I get said software? Tried from Avaya but it needs a password for the FTP of which I don't have one :-(

Try Google. Its out there. I see it on a few company sites for their employees if you don't have an SSO login.

Out of interest how do you get an SSO login?

You need to sign up on the sso page

https://sso.avaya.com/cxp/portal/SelfRegistration.portal,

you will need a link id (this is provided by avaya tp BP`s) or a sold to number if you are a customer.
