Audix R4 problems

Hey All,
My problems originated when the A/C guy was replacing the A/C unit & dumped water on the Legend & Audix. I fixed the static problem, but now when callers 0 out of the attendant it only rings 1 then goes to voice mail. What would of changed?

Coming from a G-3. When a station rings one time then goes to voice mail, to me its saying that send all calls/or the cover button is on. Does your system have this? Can you call the att by pressing 0 or does it go to vm? Wisdom is Knowledge

I found that the administrator had assigned pool 70 to the calling group.
