My Audix and my prologix PBX cannot communicate.
My CLAN source ip is 192.168.1.1 and my Audix ip is 192.168.1.2
I could not ping the Audix box from my prologix.
anyone knows how to address this issue?

If I link my Audix and my laptop, the connection is ok.

additional information:
I'm replacing an Audix that crashed.
I have no records of the TCP/IP settings of the old Audix.

you need to make sure your IP's are correct, subnet, Default Gateway. Then on the audix check the Communication Link Integration address, and on the switch the COMM proc. If you can't ping, you have a speed/duplex issue. Try locking both the CLAN and Audix to 100MB/Full, if your switch/hub can handle that. Until you have IP ocnnectivity, you have zero chance of geting the integration to work.
