Audix Port No Answer

I have an INTUITY AUDIX with 8 ports.

When looking at the SYSTEM MONITOR - one of the ports is NOT taking any calls. This port does NOT show to be out of service. There are no ALARMS in the AUDIX and in the PBX the station associated with this port shows to be in-service.

I have replaced the AYC10 board and this has not helped me.

Anyone have any other suggestions?
 
I would trace out the failed port and re-punch it.

Try a list trace on the extension associated with the bad port, and dial it. See if this gives you any clue.

Swap a good member with the one that doesn't answer. See if the problem stays with the port on the Audix or if it follows the line.

 
call the extension of the port directly while its connected to audix.

Put you butt set on the analog line and call it directly.

 
Take the extension out of the voicemail hunt group until it is fixed.
If you don't need the capacity of all 8 ports then you could just leave it with 7 ports.

I have reason to believe that the card I replaced last week was the wrong slot - I should have checked before starting to confirm which port card was which.

I will update this later when I get to swap the other out.
