Audix Message Manager...Can't Get Rid of Personal Greetings

Hi, I recently have taken over Audix/Definity admin. We have a training class set up on a block of numbers which routinely change hands from one attendant to another after completion of the training. My job is to change the passwords, empty the mailboxes and remove any personal greetings. I thought I did so by deleting all of the greetings types from the Personal Greetings Response window. The Greeting is set to default and "0" but for some reason some of the greetings left by the prior attendant are not deleting. Can anybody help?

Try deleting the recorded name.

The easiest and best way is to 'remove subscriber xxxx', then add it back in 'add subscriber xxxx', will save you a lot of time.

Thanks, thats what I did. Figured I'd get it done instead of trying to find a shortcut.
