How do I set a RAS coonection with ASA to log into our Audix LX via IP?

You need to have Avaya enable Port 23 to remote access into LX, you login with vm [not sa] to the ip address with port 23.

You don't need port 23 enabled... You can use port 22 and under you connection properties, check use ssh...
