am looking to help a customer with an audix voice mail on a legend r6 - they have a missing mailbox (their description) - i am looking for help locating documentation or possibly some instructions here on getting into and navigating system manager functions - thanks

What is the audix version? You can get almost all documents off of Avaya support server. This URL will bring up the page of all messaging systems docs from AT&T/Lucent/Avaya
