Have installing Intuity Audix v4 with DCIU integration.

Does the auto attendant greeting (“press 1 for sales, press 2 for acct, press 3 for personnel”) become active upon completing the Administration menu? IE: pressing “ENTER” or does it need to be turned on?

Button extension treatment comment
1. 4340 ca sales
2. 4345 ca acct
3. 4346 ca personnel

Another question – after setting up the “call routing table” (with business hours) does it automatically become activate or does it need to be turned on?

If these features need to be turned-on, how do you do that?

John
You must record the name and greeting before the AA will work.
The business hours become effective when they are applied to the auto-attd routing table along with numbers to be routed.
In your example above you have them set as "call-answer", which will route direct to a mailbox greeting. In order to transfer to an extension the treatment field must be "transfer".
