AUDIX GIVES "SYSTEM ERROR" WHEN TRYING TO REM SUB

Hey there, trying to remove a subscriber from Audix and am getting "please wait" in the upper right corner then after about 2 minutes "system error" in the bottom left (see screenshot), and obviously the sub is not removed...any ideas why?

what screenshot? also have you tried a reboot

acss sme acis sme acss cm 5.2.1 acss cm and cmm acss aura messaging.

Reboot should resolve this issue or you have a really big problem
