I have a user who covers to voicemail and then says "Push 0 if you'd like to be transferred to my assistant". Pushing 0 transfers you to the assistant, but it just rings and rings and rings even if the assistant's "send-calls" button is pressed. How can I get it to go into the assistants voicemail if she doesn't answer?
Thanks TJ

Add a VDN / Vector that routes the call to the assistant with coverage Y. Make that VDN the covering ext.

In your system paramters features in Audix make sure transfer type is set to "enhanced_cover_ 0" and then "zero-out" calls will follow the coverage of the covering extension.

How do you get to the system parameters in Audix? I have navigated the menus and can't find where I need to be. I have R12

R12??? I have never heard of a audix R12!
Go to the command line in the audix, and do 'change system para"

Please answer all questions so that I may have the info to assist you. Leaving a post on how you fixed the problem will also be appreciated.

Your instructions helped. I typed change system-parameters features and changed transfer type to enhanced_cover_ 0
Thanks Travis
