I have an Audix LX and need to setup two things. First is a mailbox that can be used for employees to call in and receive a management message, the second is a broadcast mailbox so that all active mailboxes can receive emergency/storm related messages. I'm hoping I can use the same mailbox to do both, but what ever is needed I can do. The system does have DID's available. A mailbox was created for broadcasting, but I'm not sure if I can add recipients to the list through ASA or if I have to add them manually through the mailbox. There may be around 400 users to add. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance!
