Audix Auto-Attendant

Can anyone tell me if there is a limit to the amount of auto-attendant subs on Audix r5? After four the system says"Attendant service not available please try again later-Disconnect." The first four work fine.

Check to make sure you have your class of restriction set to the proper level. I know this can cause that problem.
I just ran into it with a test I was trying.

Also, one that often gets overlooked, make sure all greetings are recorded or you'll get that recording every time.

I had a brain fart the mailbox had the system greeting still activated. thanks
