Audix and Terminal access 1

Hi all,

Our Audix system lost power last week and thus suffered a reboot. I now cannot get into the console screen. I have to dial in to administer. When I use console I never get a login prompt. Any ideas?? Thanks. I have reset the lucent terminal to factory defaults with no luck as well. Also, can the same cable that accesses the lucent definity G3si switch access the Audix system?

I had that problem a few times.

Once I just waited a few minutes and the login appeared.

Some other time I had to use the shutdown button on the front of the Audix board and pull the card.

Once I got a new one from avaya because it was broken.

As long as the equipment end is a db25. mark the g3 side so you can re-plug in to the right one when your done. Wisdom is Knowledge
