Sounds like it's time to contact Avaya. (Or you may want to try a reboot.)
I tried the reboot every 90 days routine. I've found that our R5 Intuity Audix is a lot happier if I reboot it about every 30 days. I usually do it remotely on the first Sunday of the month.
If u have maint with Avaya, they can go in there a repair the data base, but I have seen where a gracefull reboot will rebuild the data base too. It is a good idea to check the time every time before u do a reboot. This is because the Intuity gains or loses about 3 minutes a month. Don't change the time without doing a reboot though.
Thanks to all of you who replied. I have contacted Avaya and opened a ticket.
The box hasn't been re-booted in 90 days so I figure that's what it needs...I'll wait and see what Avaya has to say.
