In UNIVERGE SV8100 Webpro, is there an audit facility? I've had someone changed the an extension number and moved a phone from one department to another without proper authorisation.

See if your version has a management tab with a modification history option.

I am not sure where to look for the management tab, but I saw the following:

And besides, the 2nd image doesn't tell which extension was changed and the other details. Is that it?

I am afraid that is all you will see. Whoever did the changes logged in as 'tech'. You might consider changing the tech log in name &/or password. MB 90-02. Make sure you note the changes or you will get locked out.

Do you mean sv8100 doesn't audit more than that or mine has something missing?

Hard to tell, now knowing what software version you have. It's most likely all you will get. If someone is programming without authorization, it's an internal management issue. Change the log in and password.
