Is there anyway to audit the numbers users have set as their personal contact number (cell, pager, etc) ?
I'm afraid a few users may have set these to a long distance number & have racked up charges. Couldn't find it anywhere in the GUI & had little luck with the maintenance commands too.

I searched but only found a similar thread with no replies.

Where are these numbers? The embedded VM? IF so I don't think you can.

The beatings will continue until morale improves.

Ya looks like. I spoke with our vendor again & doesn't look like there is anyway to audit these. I wound up having to block these all from dialing externally thru thru a COS.
Bummer.

I typically (Always) restrict the vm ports to local only.

Also, instead of suspecting your users, it is more likely you were hacked. This is becoming more common as I've run into it every other week or so.

Make sure your users do not use simple passwords, especially, mailbox zero and mailbox 999

The next time I ran into this, I was toying with the idea of changing the mailbox type to Menu Node to see if the configured keys would show up in the MLAA programming.

Also, a key red flag is that the dial zero point, which is visible, is set to an external number.
