Hi Everyone

I hope you all are well. I need some assistance please. I have been tasked of auditing all my companies CISCO Voice environment. My strengths lie in NORTEL/AACC so if someone here has a how to or a procedure on how to do this, you would be a life saver. We have mostly CUCM 8.6.2.20000 and 1x 3900 series and 1x 3900 series. Some venues range from 3000 ext all the way down to 100.

Any assistance would be highly appreciated.

Kind Regards

Not certain if this is what you are looking for, but in the call manager, if you click on Device / Phone then click Find without changing any parameters, it should give you a list of all devices on your system (phones etc.)
Are you looking for more than this?

@trvlr1 Thanks for this, it did help but I am looking for more. I would like to know licensing information, versions and configurations on all our gateways. Hope this sheds more light. :)

You wont be able to get config info on the gateways from CUCM. Other products do that. Licensing might be best done through Cisco if you want really detailed stuff. Otherwise in CUCM go to System - Licensing.

Certifications:
A+
Network+
CCENT
CCNA Voice
TVOICE
CAPPS

For 8.6.2
CUCM Licensing:
System - Licensing Unit Report
System - Licensing Unit Calculator

Device Versions:
Device -> Device Settings -> Device Defaults

Gateways Version and Configs:
If you don't know the IP address of the gateways in your environment.
Device -> Gateway -> [Find] -> If H.323 Take note of gateway name (IP Address)
Device -> Gateway -> [Find] -> If MGCP -> CLick device name -> CLick a configured End Point -> Take note of IP Address
Use Putty (Search web for PuTTY, it's free) to access gateway
Connection Type: Telnet -> Enter IP Address of Gateway
Log Into Gateway (Router)
Complete a Show Run for the gateways configuration
Complete a Show Version for the gateways Version - The first line in the Show Version command will show the currently IOS that's loaded on the gateway.
