Audiocodes MP-114 to CS1K Rls 7.5 - Problem with "9"

Hi folks

I've got a CS1K that I'm trying to get some Audiocodes MP-114s to work with. I've hit a weird situation and it's driving me nuts.

I've got the MP-114 talking to the CS1K and NRS, and from the MP114, I have the dial string set up and can dial all the internal extensions, and can track the call progress on the CS1K through the D-channel.

However - when I try to call an external number from the MP114 with a 9 as a prefix, the call does NOT even get to the CS1K. It gets stuck in the MP114 with reorder, and a peg saying there's no route available.

I can set the MP114 to take *any* length of number and starting with anything *but* a 9, and I can see the call get to the CS1K. If I start with a 9, then it doesn't even hit the CS1K

I've attached the MP114 config file. I'm sure I'm missing something really dumb, but I can't find it.

Any suggestions?

You should go to Configuration -> GW and IP to IP -> Manipulations -> Dest Number Tel->IP and enter your dial patterns that begin with '9'. Here is the code block from my board.ini file (Lines 6 & 7 are for CDP and UDP dialing for my network):

Note: The number of digits you strip from the left, and the Prefix to Add fields will depend on how your PBX needs to see the number in order to route it correctly.

I've given the number map a try and still no luck. It's as if the MP114 does not recognize 9 as a valid digit. I've tested 1-8 as leading digits and it will happily send the digit string to the PBX to process, but not with a 9 as the leading digit.

This is frustrating.

I haven't dealt with NRS in a couple of years, but you may need to look at the NRS to make sure that there is a valid endpoint associated with dial patterns that begin with '9'.
