Does anyone have instructions on how to set one of these up on an IPO for a remote analog device?

The attached should get you pretty close. I changed things around to protect the innocent, but the IPO would be 192.168.100.100, and the two FXS ports were 1233 and 1234, registering to the IPO as third party endpoints.
