Hi
With reference to the post :thread1329-1697721 , has anyone in this forum has integrate MPX Audiocodes with the Mitel 3300 using T38 or G711 pass through via SIP Trunk.
I would appreciate if you can give me a run through of your programming please.
I have all the relevant licenses for Fax and compression and have set up SIP Extensions for the FAX as endpoints on the ATA.
QUESTION:
1)should I add in the ATA as a SIP peer into the controller even though the endpoints are already SIP extensions.
2)will ARS needs to be setup for the new SIP peer above
3)for virtual MiVoice, can this support Fax via the Audiocode
4) what is the basic programming on both the Audiocode and 3300
I have managed to register the endpoints with the 3300 and call internal and external. Also managed to dial in from externally to the endpoints. However, all faxing fails with "Communication Error".
I am running on the latest Mitel 3300 software, clustered environment with SIP Trunks.
Any help is much appreciated.
Thanks.
