Hey guys, how's it going? For college, I have to write a paper on why audio comes through staticy on Remote Desktop. For example, playing MP3s from my apartment computer on campus via a computer on the other side of campus in the labs. I am just wondering if anybody can provide some resources for me to research so that I can compile a decent paper on the topic. Thanks!

The best place to find comparisons on RDP from Terminal Services, in my opinion is Do some scouting around for audio over their ICA browser, which is the Citrix Independant Computer Architecture. The ICA is very compressed and they are always comparing it's capabilities against RDP, and JRE apps and others.
