Audio Quality of speakerphone : 16xx - 96xx

Hi,

I have AVAYA 1608. The audio quality of speaker is not clean...
So, i want to replace my AVAYA 1608 by AVAYA 96XX, but :

In your experience :
- speakerphone of AVAYA 9608 is better than AVAYA 1608 ?
- speakerphone of AVAYA 9620 is better than AVAYA 9608 ?

I hesitate between buy AVAYA 9608 or AVAYA 9620L to replace my AVAYA 1608 (bad quality of speakerphone).

The 96XX is way more better then the 16XX
But the 9608 has not a full duplex speaker yet.
This is software based but not in there yet so for a full duplex phone you better use the 9620.

96xx series have much better speaker phone than 16xx.
Even older 462x, 4610 have better speakerphone than 16xx.
Try a 9630/9640, You will be very happy with it, not much bigger than 9620.

the 9608's are on sales hold here in the states for the IP office.
