Audio level over analogue trunks

Did any one experience in the low audio level on Analogue trunks in TSW Sp03??

I did the following:
1.cnanged TRM in ROCAI to 7
2.tried with D7 in VARC (short or long line)

3.SACOS:LIM=1,UNIT=SCP,SECTOR=REL,ADDR=58&89,DATA=6;
LSATI:LIM=1,AVAL=6-x,LAW=A;
x:0-15
But no improvemnet the Audio level is always low?? when I checked the line directly out the pabx its okay!!!
Any help

Confirm you've got the right address with LSCOP while your connection is Up.
(Some Extensions use TRM=1, inherently)

The Applicationsystem is standard.
The system is a new sale...so it is the new hardware of TSW.
Below you find the Route parameters.

The CNBIP of all the TLU75 in the system is the same. It shows "ROF1375336/1 R10A".

I typed LSCOP and found the ATTN address is 2... and as you aware that the attenuation value of this address is always 0 db and couldn't be changed...
Any comments..
Should I change the TRM for the extension category??

Hello,
For testing, I made a new route in the system and added a trunk line to this.
I changed the TRM of route from 4 to 7 (by command ROCAI) , and for each route TRM value I changed the TRM value of an extension from 0 to 3 (by command KSCAC). i.e, a total of 16 options.

Then I made calls through this route from this extension for each of the 16 options. During each call, I checked the extension and trunk attenuation value by using the command LSCOP. I found it as "2" in all the case, except for Route TRM=7 and Extension TRM=0. For only this case, the value is "6".

I checked the LSATP and found the value under position 2 is 0dB and position 6 is 12dB.
The value under position 2 is system set, and cannot be changed. So, as the optimal case I chose the Route TRM=7 and Extension TRM=0. I tried the amplification/ attenuation value for all the possibilities (i.e amplification from -99 to 0, and attenuation from 0 to 99) and tested the calls. I found the following result.

1. When I changed the amplification value from 0 to -99, the noise & echo level also started to increase. 0 is the least noise&echo position and -99 is the extreme noise&echo position.

2. When I changed the attenuation value from 0 to 99, the speech volume for the B party started to decrease. 0 is the max volume posion and 99 is the no volume position.

So, this signifies the most suitable amplification /attenuation value is 0dB.

But the Audio is till low...can you help??

You're not going to get it louder than with AVAL=0 (-6dB).

Perhaps the Actvitate Board Parameters have changed , at startup (intentionally or otherwise).

Have you got the latest SP ?
