We have begun looking at IP Communicator access over Citrix.
I have found a link explaining this
And quote the an extract:
How to set up the audio IP reflector page:
1. Run the Cisco IP Communicator Administration Tool and select the option to enable the HTTP access. Doing this creates a getIP.asp reflector Web page.
2. Specify the location of the getIP.asp Web page in the Cisco CallManager Administration (Device > Phones > Phone Configuration > Product Specific Configuration > IP Address Auto-detection URL).
Note: By default, getIP.asp is stored
Where is the Cisco IP Communicator Administration Tool?
There's nothing on the Communicator Device page and cannot find anything in the Call Manager Admin pages.
Point 2 should just be the IP of our CM.
We are running 4.2.
Thanks
