Hi

Can anyone tell me what the programmable button is used to capture instances of audio difficulty on a 4620.

There is a trunk group exception report on cms which can be used to report on "audio difficulty", I just need to know what the button is to program on each phone.

Thanks

I thnk your looking for the stroke count button. You can run a report based on stroke count, and I'm pretty sure it shows what trunk port its on.

Thanks RTMCKEE. Which stroke count number relates to audio difficulty then ?

Stroke counts are just numbers within the report (kinda like aux codes) you have to assign the number internally. for example, stoke count 1 could be audio difficulty, stroke count 2 would be dropped call, etc...
