I have a Nortel connected to a SIP gateway AUDIOCODES and when dialing into the MM via the 6330 i get the SIP errors below? Can anyone understand what or why MM isn't answering?

looks like the PSTN side is signaling to the SIP gateway that there is a disconnect. Are you using T1/E1 or something else to the SIP gateway from the Nortel?

Texeric - Sorry been on vacation. I am using a PRI 23 channel interface from the Nortel to the Acodes. The Nortel folks are saying it isn't them?

You are right it is not the Nortel but what does the OHV show when you try to call?

Turn on the SIP tracing in the PBX / SIP tab to be able to see it.

KenMeans - SIP is not in the Nortel it is a PRI from Audiocodes to the Nortel and SIP from the AUdiocodes to the MM. The OHV shows nothing hitting it, but the trace above is from the Audiocodes.
