When dialing out from the fax line you here a message"please dial a 1, or 0 before making a call" still receives calls though. this fax line worked before, its on a 2 port Audio Code ATA adapter MP-112 FXS. This ATA adapter is on a remote site, travels via fiber back to our CS1000.

test by calling internal extension, message might be from Central office for a Long Distance number?

dialing 9 or 8? for LD?

last, do a trace on the TN in LD 80

Put DCH monitor on the Virtual Trunks DCH and see what number comes in over SIP.

Make sure your digit length on the Audiocodes is set high enough to take the call your dialing, as the default out of the box is 3.
